2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped apple
(recipe does not call for this, but
I put it in to add a sweetness)
1-28 oz can diced tomatoes (un-drained)
1-15 oz. can black beans
1 cup chicken broth
2-teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Put all ingredients in crock pot EXCEPT
wing sauce and cheese.
Cook on high 6-8 hours
stir in Buffalo sauce
crumble blue cheese on it once
you've served it in bowls.
