Target had 90% off decorations and costumes (including dogs!)
I paid .70 for my dogs costumes for next year and really cute too.
Also had 70% off candy.
K- Mart in Bloomingdale had TONS of Halloween costumes 75% off, candy too not tons though.
Wags is at 75% off, the two I checked were picked through though.
