saute with 2 T butter
any veggies in your fridge
you can add meat if you want to, but not needed.
beat 4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
and a dash of salt and pepper
pour mixture into pan over veggies
add cheese then cook until firm.
I then put it in the broiler for about 5 minutes
DONE and YUMMY!
