Carsons, Kohls, and Pennys.

In my opinion Kohls and Pennys are doing a great job at not only getting me in the store to shop and making their discounts easy to use. They both give out $10 off ANYTHING $10 or more. Carson's gets you in the store  and has SO many restrictions on their coupons, extremely confusing which makes it very difficult to spend my money there. I've always stayed away from Casrons and now I know why. They are not consumer friendly!
