Made a yummy, tummy warming recipe tonight- and it's fairly easy

Veggie Chilli
2- reg. potatoes diced
1- yellow pepper chopped (or really any color)
1- zucchini chopped
1-onion chopped
1-can black beans
1-can garbanzo/chick peas
1-14 oz. can tomatoe sauce
1-14 oz. can chopped tomatoe(I used the onion and garlic flavored kind)
4- cloves garlic choppped
1- TBLS. Chilli powder
1- TSP. cumin
I added a little hot pepper
if you don't have all those ingred. you can
substitute with whatever you like
