This is so good and easy and HEALTHY (if you leave out the Blue Cheese, which we do)


Buffalo crock pot chili
 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped apple
1-28 oz can diced tomatoes (un-drained) I only use 1 can
1-15 oz. can black beans ( I use 2 cans, it's personal pref.)
1 cup chicken broth
2-teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce or less depending how hot you like it~
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (to sprinkle on before serving) I do not use this because the healthy recipe instantly becomes un-healthy!

Put all ingredients in crock pot EXCEPT wing sauce and cheese. Cook on high 4-6 hours, stir in Buffalo sauce at the end.
